The best flight school in the northeast! Mike the owner cared so much that when my car broke down coming up from NYC, he flew his own 172 and picked me up In Bridgeport and flew me for my checkride. Caleb the instructor kept checking in on me throughout the summer to get it done. These guys care! They also do tailwheel endorsements! Go to goodspeed!
Mike & Eric were awesome in making my first seaplane piloting ride a truly fantastic experience. It is my great pleasure to have learned of Goodspeed Seaplane at the charming Goodspeed Airport and Seaplane Base (42B).
Amazing! We loved the seaplane ride and can’t wait to go again. We celebrated our anniversary with a smooth flight on a beautiful afternoon- man was it worth it. I highly recommend if you want to see the Connecicut valley from above or just go for the adventure!!
I would recommend Goodspeed Seaplane very highly to anyone who wants to experience a floatplane at the scenic 42B airport. Caleb was my instructor and he was fantastic. Love the river setting and atmosphere, all the people are great and the experience is fantastic!
This was such an inspiring experience! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try something new. Everyone I dealt with at the school was extremely kind and informative. The ride was so fun and the views were spectacular. Caleb was a great instructor and pilot. Will be going again for sure!
