Good atmosphere
Here I want to share my experience of an educational excursion to East Sikkim from 09/04/2026 to 12/04/2026, organized by Gurukul Teachers Training Centre. The educational tour was a memorable and enriching experience. The trip was perfectly well planned by the head of the institution and our respected teachers. The teachers ensured proper discipline and safety throughout the journey. The coordination and support from the teachers were commendable. They took care of us like our own parents. We are really grateful to our respected teachers, especially the head of the institute. The management of this trip was amazing. Visiting places like Aritar, Padamchen, the Silk Route, Thambi View Point, and one of the most beautiful villages in the Darjeeling district, Sittong, along with the snowfall, rhododendron flowers, pine forests, and tea gardens, was truly soul-touching. Yes, unfortunately, we missed Nathula Pass and Tsomgo Lake because of heavy snowfall, and our teachers were really concerned about the students’ safety first. We are really grateful to our teachers and feel blessed. In just 4 days, visiting all of those amazing places was truly mind-blowing. The whole trip management was really wonderful and very rare. We are really thankful to the management, and especially thank you so much to the teachers and the head of Gurukul Teachers Training Centre. This amazing educational trip will always remain in our memories.
I like the place
The only teacher training institution in Rampurhat city that has been running with a good reputation for many years.
I am very disappointed with Gurukul Teacher Training Center. The college charges unnecessary fees in different ways without giving proper explanations. Students are forced to pay extra amounts for things that were never mentioned during admission. There is no transparency, and whenever we ask for clarification, we do not get clear answers. Such hidden charges create financial pressure on students and their families. A good institution should support students, not take advantage of them by adding random fees. I hope the management looks into this issue and makes the fee structure transparent and student-friendly.
In every step they need money.
