Storyhouse Reservoir are absolutely fantastic - as first time parents, sending our 9 month old we were nervous, but Irma, Vani, Briar and the whole team have been so incredible. Our bub LOVES going there, he is so well looked after, eats fantastic food made by their amazing chef and has the best time with all the activities. They were accommodating to our sleep and feeding preferences and are fantastic at communicating. We can't recommend them highly enough!
If you’re thinking of sending your child here or having a tour, please do- it won’t disappoint!! My daughter attends SH and being a teacher myself, I have high expectations. The centre has exceeded any worries or doubts I had about the industry since putting my child into care. The managers are supportive and welcoming and the children adore them. The educators genuinely love their jobs and enjoy what they do. They are kind, patient and warm. The type of people you want your children around. The chefs food is incredible and my daughter eats so well. I love seeing the pictures of how much my child enjoys her day and the smile on her face when she talks about day care. Thank you SH team!!
Our little one attends SHEL Reservoir and we couldn’t be happier. The educators and so wonderful and kind. The food is a highlight, as is the fun, new play equipment. My daughter is thriving here. We are so lucky to be part of the SHEL community. Thank you Briar and team :)
